Refund policy

Thank you so much for shopping at myReusables and I hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or would like to return an item within 14 days of purchase then please email caroline@myreusables.com and we'll come up with a resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right ASAP.

I am a one (wo)man band, so please bear with me and I'll come up with a solution as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any labels/packaging. Please email caroline@myreusables.com and I'll happily answer any questions.
